anyone ever hear of this program? any advice?

some really interesting workouts, I am thinking of incorporating them into my routine to see where it goes.
 
I like some of the stuff that they do. They have been criticized for being a little "cult-like"... Something that draws the ire of any of their followers like wildfire. Much of their training is based on sound training concepts, but it's not for everyone. Quite a few people wind up injured trying to complete their "WOD's".
