So, since there are obviously people in here who are very informed when it comes to workouts, exercise and such, and I am only marginally knowledgeable about such things, I figured I'd ask in here 
I've been going to the gym doing first a machine workout, then got bored, then free weights... doing that now every other day and run the other... every.. other day.. man thats confusing
It goes like this: C25K - weights - C25K - weights - C25K - weights - rest
Now, i was sort of wondering what you all think of the CrossFit workout of the day thing. I've heard both good and bad things about it but I am sort of.. pondering whether it would be a good thing to do instead of weights, it seems more.. fun? but I'm not sure how it would work together with running and dieting. Mind you when I say dieting I mean being in a caloric deficit and eating healthy, nothing more or less.
So yeah.. what do you all think of CrossFit
