I'm a 19 year old girl...5'4 & weigh 146 pounds. I wanna lose about 20 pounds, 2 pounds per week.
I've recently got into crossfit and loveee it! would doing crossfit three days per week, and then switch off between the elliptical and interval training on my treadmill on the non-crossfit days be effective to lose weight??
so monday, wednesday, friday = crossfit.
tuesday, saturday = 30-60 minutes on elliptical
Thursday = interval training on elliptical
if I do all the above + eat 1200 calories per day, will i lose 2 pounds per week??
