I think on the nutrition info, a serving is 441 grams, which would make it around a 1lb? A suggestion would be to take a portion you'd eat and put it on a scale to see how much you've got, then calculate the calories accordingly.
I tried a small bowl last night and thought it was pretty good. (I doubt I could eat more than two ladlefuls at one sitting). But waiting til today (well, lunchtime) to have it once everything's set a while.
Some other notes: I followed the recipe as it is on that link. I used a 5.5 quart rival crockpot set on high for about 6 hours. I think one of the reviewers states that cooking time is around 5-6 hours on HIGH and I'm inclined to agree with that - least for the pot I used. Another reviewer stated that the chili was soupy, which I think might be true if it didn't get that last hour of cooking in, but I don't know that for sure. Mine looked pretty solid when I was putting it into containers for freezing.
