Super easy crockpot recipe

Cream of Chicken Soup
Can to 1 1/2 can of water
salt, pepper, garlic powder - season as it cooks to your liking
chicken breasts (frozen works great too)

This recipe is easy to make healthier by just using low fat or reduced sodium versions of the cream of chicken soup. Campbell's has the healthy request version!

Anyways, I cook this for several hours on high. After a while the chicken will get really tender and just fall apart. We serve it over wide noodles with a side of green beans.

Sounds yummy.

I heard its also good to throw some chicken and some low fat bbq sauce into a crockpot and cook it like that.

Another good one and SOO easy

Couple of chicken breasts
jar of your favorite salsa (we use ChiChi's Fiesta)
packet of taco seasoning (typically very high in sodium :( )

Mix it together and let it cook.
Shred the chicken with two forks when it's done and stir back into salsa.
Cook a bit longer.

Serve with soft taco shells or wraps.

Re-heat in a saucepan for leftovers. Yum!

I love cooking with the crockpot but don't ever recall doing it with chicken. Don't know why lol. This sounds very good, it would be nice with some rice as well. :)

With rice...it may be nice too..
