critique of one workout, creation of a second....

Hey,

At the moment i do full body workouts 3 times a week. Having read all the posts on here it seems like i should get a second workout and alternate between them.

My current workout is

Dumbell Chest Press 4 sets of 8
Dumbell Flys 4 sets of 8

Squats 3 sets of 5
Deadlifts 3 sets of 5

Bent over row 4 sets of 8
Bench Pull 4 sets of 8

Clean and Press 4 sets of 8
Upright rows 4 sest of 8

Military Press 4 sets of 8
Front Raises 4 sets of 8
side raises 4 sets of 8

Barbell Shrugs 4 sets of 10
Dumbell Shrugs 4 sets of 10

Barbell Bicep Curls 4 sets of 8
Tricep Kickbacks 4 sets of 8

is this workout good? and should i have a second workout i alternate with this one?
