I've been doing a lot more working keeping my diet solid. I'm going for more mass now and upping my intake. How does this look?
Meal 1
2 cups oatmeal w/ 2 scoops musclemilk(32g protein). 1/2 cup milk. 4 oz glass orange juice.
Meal 2
1 cup grits, 3 eggs. 8 oz glass grape juice.
Meal 3 (postworkout)
Sizeon creatine mixed with 5g L-glutamine, and powdered BCAAs.
2 cups oatmeal w/ 2 scoops wheybolic extreme 60 protein(40g protein).
Meal 4
Steak and potatoes.
Meal 5
Chicken and potatoes.
Meal 6
PM Protein(20g) w/ 1 cup milk.
I'm not too sure what to do with meal 4 and meal 5. Instead of potatoes I might do rice. I'm thinking about cutting it down to 5 meals a day to make it more manageable. How does this look for intake? Clean? Too much powdered protein, not enough fat?
