Critique Me!

Okay, I am going to list everything I do to workout my body, including nutrition. I feel I am not doing enough, and I want to know what you guys think, you know better. And if I am not doing enough, then I'd appreciate any advice you can give me to improve. I will be endlessly grateful.

By the way I don't squat or deadlift, the reason is that I heard that it might impair your growth, and I am barely 16, and don't want to risk it.

Age: 16
Weight: 150 (I used to be 164 before I started to cut)
Height: 5'9"

Bench: 155 lbs
Lift: 40 lbs dumbells, one each arm
Curl: 90 lbs
Push-ups: 35 consecutive
Pull-ups: 15 consecutive
Crunches: 200 consecutive, or 40 with a 35 lbs plate
Run: 2 miles non-stop

Bicep: 13.5 inches girth
Abs: Yes
Deltoids: Huge
Forearm: Veiny and cuts in two places when flexed

On a regular day, I consume about +230 grams of protein. More than the neccesary amount of calcium, plenty of pottasium as well.

Here is a list of the foods I consume:

Tuna
Wheat bread
Fat-free milk
Steamed beans
Skin-less boiled chicken
Lean steak
Bananas, apples, and pears
Lettuce, celery, and onions
Eggs, boiled, white only
Cereal, regular unsweetned
Apple juice, in moderation because of sugars

No candy, no soda, least fat possible.

Supplements: none, I used to take NO2 and creatine. But I ran out of money. .. T_T

What do you think? What else can I do? What shouldn't I do? And one last question, do you think I am fit to play football?

Thanks in advance!

I highly reccommend squats and deadlifts. It will not stunt your growth, this is a myth. Your diet looks great by the way!

I was doing squats about 18 months ago about 2 months after I turned 16... I've grown two inches since then, although I only did squats for 8 weeks or so before I got distracted from lifting.

you can def do squats. i wouldn't be doing one rep maxes, but regular sets, no problems. just be strict on form.

ditto for deadlifts. and don't forget front squats, stiff leg deads, and romanian deads.
