So here are my starting photos (i took them for an art project - hense the posing!)
I can only feel confortable doing this knowing that ive lost 20lbs already, and that the horrible roll of flab half way up my back is gone! hehe phew. The face picture is of me now, and tommorow i shall get some now body ones for my "During" photos
