1) What does this stuff do exactly? (faster gains, bigger overall gains?)
2) So how is creatine different than steroids? (other than that it is not a banned substance)
3) I read that it's better to use supplements after you've been training for a few years so that you get the best out of your body naturally before using them. Is this theory correct?
