I looking at using something called juiced creatine made by pinnacle. Has anyone ever used this before? I've read somewhere that 5g of creatine a day is plenty and this stuff has 10g in each serving. Would it be ok if I cut each serving in half?
ok so 5 grams of that, does creatine contain any protien? If not whats a cheap whey protien powder to mix with water? Do you sometimes mix the creating powder with protien and drink it all at once?
I have half a container of Juiced Creatine in my cupboard right now.....it's been there for about 5 months. I found the same results from Juiced Creatine as I did with Muscle-Tech. Too much sugar and bloating.
I wouldn't waste my money on the Juiced Creatine. Just buy plain creatine.
