creatine question

i used creatine for 10 weeks, and then took about 6 weeks off of it...it didnt do much, but i want to try it again. how long should i wait before staring creatine again?

and i guess that begs the question, are there any negative consequences of taking creatine too often, even if you stay hydrated? can taking creatine slow natural production of it in the body? i want to be as safe as possible.
 
you can start whenever you want. some ppl cycle it, some dont.
 
there still aren't any long term studies of the effects of creatine, so you are pretty much on your own. Just follow the instructions and be smart.
