working out harder in the gym? I also tries to workout my hardest.
am I eating post workout? yes, i make sure im never hungry and that my protein level is slightly over my body weight in grams.
Am I sleeping enough? I dont have a job, so i sleep late everyday lol. However, I've been having strange dreams (almost nightmares) everynight. but I feel good during the day except now I get these headaches.
I know what you're talking about. If you dont eat enough, you cant work out as well. But I never get a headache from that; instead my performance sucks. this headache situation happened as soon as i started taking creatine. however, I will try to drink even more water, even though I've been drinking water like a mad man. Maybe my body is adjusting to it? I dont know.
