~Stacy's Creamy Penne Casserole~

- 2 lbs. Lean Ground Sirloin

- 14 oz. MultiGrain Penne Pasta

- Red Bell Pepper - chopped

- 4 Green Onions {Stems & All} - chopped

- 1 C. FF Sour Cream

- 1/4 C. Classic Italian Vinagrette Dressing

- 3 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce

- Dried Parsley - S&P - Garlic Powder - Celery salt

Start Pasta by directions..

Brown meat in a large skillet/Drain

Add back to skillet and sprinkle in evenly each spice:
Dried Parsley - S&P - Garlic Powder - Celery salt

Add green onions, red bell pepper, and 1 tbs. worcest. sauce. Stir well while simmering on med-heat.

Add half the sour cream and combine well.

I will very lightly add more of ea. spice.

Drain Pasta ; Add Back to the pot it cooked in ;

Now, pour the beef mixture over pasta - Stir well -

Add all of the vinagrette , rest of sour cream , and 2 tbs. worcest. sauce.

Stir/Combine well. I usually add a tsp. of dill weed at this point..{optional}

Simmer on low w/lid for about 5 mins.
