How do you deal with them?!

It's been just over 2 weeks now since I started and everything has been great, better than I though to be honest.

It's the past 2 days that have been driving me NUTS!
I have been having cravings nonstop. Yesterday I was able to deal with them fine mostly because I was insanely busy and in bed really early. Today.. a whole different story. I gave into my cravings today and now I feel like crap in more ways than one and I am so, so angry with myself.
I tried drinking my bottles of water, and eating the healthy things I have at home but.. nope.. didn't work.

What are ways to deal with these really weak moments? :(
 
I don't think it's possible to deny yourself completely - I would get rid of all the junk-food I have in the house (lower that temptation) - then if you really want something, you'll need to go to the store. And before you even enter the store, make note of ONE thing that you want to have - & go directly to that isle, pick it up & come home & eat only that one thing. This might help you stay on track with the cravings until you train your body to not crave as much.
 
I have a packet of sugar free gum with me and when I feel like something sweet I have a chew, it does help me get my mind off food for the short term.
