Cravings

Hi Beauty,

For me, I had to change my diet to reduce the cravings I was having. It didn't eliminate them, merely reduced them. When they come, I typically will have something available that is healthy, and then simultaneously take myself out of the situation I am in (If I am at a family members house, I take a quick walk)..

The good news for most people, all cravings will pass in a relatively short time, overcome the craving, and all will be good!

It's not really easy, but it's possible!

If you don't mind a little brain damage, you could run really hard into a wall and knock yourself out. You'll be unconscious for a few hours, and you'll forget all about your craving when you get up. You'll only crave Tylenol!
But really..... I'm not sure exactly what you're talking about. Are you talking about hunger in general or specific craving. Your body sometimes craves food that it thinks it needs to ingest.
Could you be more specific?
