Crap Back & other Injuries

Continuing to lose body fat now with a crap back. Can no longer run. Can no longer lift. I will just be a smaller version of self once fat is lost. :cuss:
 
:( How frustrating. Just keep moving forward and find ways to adjust your workout and maybe you will come across some resistance exercises that won't further injure your back? Good luck!
