Cramp

Hey guys

I have started my bulking about a week ago but im struggling to get through my last few exercises of my routine because of getting cramp in my thigh/groin area on my left leg. When i get it im usually doing Latt Pulldowns on 46KG and I get it when i do Rows, it is stopping me from finishing my Rows as 1 set and I have to split them in to 2. I have changed seat position and even asked my instructors on what to do and he has no idea. So I have turned to you guys for help.

Is there anything your could suggest me to do to stop this Cramp coming, it embarrassing because it looks like i can't lift the weight because I have to stop lol.

Right, get them sacked. thats your first job.

He should have told you to do chin ups and pull ups instead.

If you still wanna do lat pull downs, 1 warm up and strech your legs. and try to relax your legs durning the exercise.

The worst thing gym instructors can do is say they have no idea. If they really didnt know they should have gone to a book and found out for you.
 
Cheers guys. I have heard that Tonic Water and Piccle Juice is good to keep Cramps at bay, this true? Also does it reduce Lactic Acid?
