Hi my name is Courtney. August of 2005 I started fertility treatment and gained tons of weight from the fertility drugs, 4 miscarriages and loosing our donor. We are now adopting a little boy from Ethiopia and I would like to loose 15 pounds by referral day which should be in April and another 15 before travel which should be in July. 30 pounds should get me close to where I was when I started trying to conceive. I started trying to lose weight 2 days ago. Everything is going well so far! Although I think starting to in December is just crazy LOL! I am 6 foot and 185 pounds I would like to be 155 by next July so I can travel to Ethiopia and be excited to take pictures with my son!

So far it’s just been dieting. Manly cutting back portion size (I can really be an overeater) I am going to Florida on vacation for the next 4 days and I am just going to try to maintain cutting back portion size and drinking lots of water. When I get back next Wed I am going to fire up the treadmill that I am currently using to hold up my cloths LOL
