couple a questions about cutting

hey, Ive been cutting for about 4 weeks now and ive dropped about 1%bf in 3 of them, I was already at 12% so I figure thats not bad (I get tested with calipers every sunday, ive been eating about 2600cals aday, and go back to MT every fourth day, but I've had some weird results vary weekly. So all last week I went on a vacation w/ my family, since there was a w/o room in the hotel i was able to keep on track but my diet was weird I stayed w/in my cal limits but wasnt always eating the best of things in fact half the time I was eating crap like pastries for breakfast, hamburgers and fries for dinner and I just made sure to keep my portions w/in limit (I was pretty much on target with counting the calories to maybe +/- 100cals. Does a meal still count as a cheat meal if you stay w/in your limits, I figure that you have the same defecit so maybe you might lose more lean mass than fat but you should always still lose right? but anyway when I got back yesterday i got tested again and I lost almost 1%(11.3->10.4) in that 10day period that I ate crap, I know that there is always some room for error but 1%, my trainer did it twice to makesure. Does this mean theres something wrong with my current diet or what? the only thing I can figure is that I ate alot more fat and not as many carbs but im kindof confused as to why I dropped to 10% eating crap I even noticed my abs show quite a bit more now. heres my current diet
