Height: 5'5.5''
Current Weight: 140lbs
Goal Weight: 130lbs --arbitrary number~as long as I look fit~don't care if weight doesn't change! [I was 140lbs even when I was on the thinner end last year~]
Time frame: 4-5 months

I did it last summer, I can do it again! In hindsight, getting a meal plan to eat at the cafeteria during the school year was not the best idea--too much temptation! And then I slacked off [aka very little exercising other than walking] for 3 months this summer...so in August I got back on track with the exercise, and come September, I'm going to get back on track with eating good food! I'm pretty confident about my chances of succeeding, since I already have a tried-and-true plan from last time!

Because the exercising portion isn't a problem for me, this blog will have a greater emphasis on diet & nutrition. But I'll also log my exercise hours and such. So yay!
