Could use some tip's

I'm getting into to cardio and lifting. Now here's how I get messy.I'm 5'9 217 lbs, When I go to the gym I start on the treadmill for 2 miles then go to lifting, legs one day upper body the next. I wanna use Cell Tech but I don't wanna gain anymore weight, I'd like to get down to 180 and show muscle. Any advice???
