I started bulking up on May 10th, I started at 145 pounds and I just weighed in at 156. I had my body fat checked with a fitness specialist that I have been seeing regularly to check body fat.
Anyway, the analysis said that I had gained roughly 2 pounds of fat and gained 9 pounds of muscle. Could this possibly be true? My diet was pretty much on, I did the pre-workout meals, post, and post post meals.. I thought my training plan was just O.K. three full body workouts a week...
Could it be true that I gained 11 pounds and only went from 9.9% body fat to 10.4% in a little over three months?????
