Could someone please review this weight loss plan

Here's my diet:
Breakfast- Oatmeal and Milk
Snack- Carrot or Small apple
Lunch- cauliflower, 100gm chicken breast, 1 tea spoon olive oil, cabbage and 2 egg white boiled
Snack- Papaya juice or Carrot
Dinner- 1 carrot 3 egg whites

Exercise- Elliptical Trainer for 30minutes, pushups, and few arm and shoulder exercises

Green Tea, Coffee and lots of water
I weigh 70.6 kg right now.. aiming for 60kg or a flat belly... height 5 feet 9 inches... age 20

On another topic: I am having red stool and i have a cut in my anus which is taking a long time to heal(1 month maybe)... no pain or anything. I am also constipated. Is the diet responsible?
