Coughing my way to fitness!

It's silly, I know, and probably no more effective than those belts that people wear to jiggle their tummies and burn some calories.

But I had a horrible cough, for over a month, and I tell ya, coughing DOES use muscles......I won't get a 6 pack from coughing, but hey....
 
Maybe if you cough like 40 times a minute for a couple of days where you would probally die for doing so, other than that it wouldn't do anything really. :rolleyes:
