Couch to 5k

Im just wondering how many people here have done the couch to 5k or are doing and if any one had any problems with getting the ipod cast itself?

I paid for it downloaded it and cant recieve it.I can't find it anywhere and it didnt come to me in an email.Im gonna send them am email and ask them what is up and how to do it and if I did anythign wrong, lol.

Anyway I would also like to hear peoples feed back on it

I started to do the 5k program and it was working out. But I slacked off and stopped. It got cold out and well wah. But I plan on doing it when it warms up a little.

Or search on how to c reate your own podcast and use your own music - the concept behind couch to 5k is just walk some run some -the podcasts just give you the prompt to do what
