Hey guys! I am 25 yrs old.. 238 lbs, 5'8" female. I have been feeling physically fatigued, bad headaches that the drs cant figure out, I get out of breath just walking up the stairs. I feel I have hit my rock bottom with being unhealthy. My Dad is 400 lbs and I just can't go down this road! I recently found a program called "Couch to 5K" which is a program that gradually gets you into running. I have always wanted to run..tried on my own and failed miserably. I started day 1 today and actually did better than I thought! I have a tumblr where I post updates and pictures having to do with my exercise..eating etc. I would really like to have you guys check it out and it would be nice to have followers that pressure me to keep on keeping on!
