At one time I decided that I was going to do core workouts every day. This was a while ago, before I knew much of anything about weight training. I know a little more now, and I only do serious core workouts every other day. My friend tells me that core muscles aren't like other muscles and that they repair much more quickly, so the fastest way to build muscle in the core is by working it every day.
It seems to make sense but I don't really know for sure how much truth there is in that. Just curious if every day really is the fastest and most efficient way to build core strength
