I'm not an expert and feel free to tell me to mind my own business - but are those naked fruit smoothies satisfying to you? Wouldn't real fruit and veggies, which has a lot more fiber be more filling than the bottled drinks?

Naked Fruit Smoothies

Those naked fruit smoothies are very satisfying! Drink one and give it a try :) They will knock out any hungar but you have to really watch the calories which is very important to me.

Do you know if there is a way to post pics on here??

3 pds first week

wooohooooo... Its hard to stay on one diet. I just keep my carbs low,protein high along with strict portion control.

Im fine until about 5pm to 8pm then I have to leave the house cause if I don't rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :mad: Ill eat everything in sight and if I can't find anything Papa Johns knows me all to well.

So far so good :p
