Since I've changed to a vegan diet, I've adopted a healthier lifestyle and lost 35lbs (starting weight 180). I was never in a rush to lose weight my priority was really just paying attention to what I eat and making sure the food I eat is respectful to my body. I've also picked up a workout regimen that includes weight lifting and cardio that I don't do as often as I should.
My issue is that I always tend to gain weight over the summer, me being a teacher I have downtime in the summer which allows me to binge. Though I've been binging on healthy and empty foods, it is still a habit I need to end. I weigh myself daily and I don't take it too seriously as I know the scale will go up as I continue to build more muscle.
At this point, I am at a standstill. I haven't gained or lost an ounce and I am only 13-15 pounds for my goal. I am on a vegan, no complex sugar and no complex carb dietary lifestyle. How can I shift my diet/excercise routine to initiate weightloss again?
