here's a current shot of me.. trying to lose another 20 lbs. what do you guys think?

current stats:
5'7
180-185 lbs

I think you look great! I'm 5'7 too and am at 192 right now. I hope I look as good as you do when I get in the 180s (hopefully soon) -- I'm shooting for 160 as well. Can't wait to see your end pictures! Keep up the great work!
 
You carry your weight well. I can never guess how much people should loose..plus it's all relative. All I can say is good luck on you rest of your journey. Your doing great!

ps how much have you lost so far?

thanks also for the encouragement! it really helps. so far I've lost almost 30 lbs.
