Constipation in workout!

hi i am daniel pearl... whenever i exercise and workout, i face constipation problem which even makes me look fatter and my tummy goes out.
 
try Activia Yoghurt and Coffee in the mornings. i used to have a lot of constipation issues, but i cut down on cheese, and i have 2 cups coffee every morning, and activia yoghurt can help you to stay regular as well.
