Constipation.... ewwe!!

Just wondering if anyone else is having or had problems with constipation once they started eating more healthily. And if so, what did you do to remedy it? Fiber supplements? Laxatives? Which brand of each would you recommend?
 
put more fibrous veggies in your diet like celery, broccoli, and cauliflower. I also will put 1 tsp of fiber-sure in a cup of green tea 1 - 2 times a day. It's absolutely tasteless.
 
weetbix in the morning everyday!
I dont like it, but its the difference of 1kg on weigh ins from being constipted!

Also lots of greens and fruit and veg etc
 
drink more water and keep your fiber intake, from food sources above 25grams a day - but definitely drinkmore water that'll help keep you regular..
