Constant fear of bicep strain/not recovering

For months now I have been having recovery issues regarding my arms, in overwhelming particularity my biceps. There is a definite connection between this and my experimentation discovering planks without warming up last autumn, walking around with a constant fear of strain, being afraid of any activity involving use of substantial strength, just simply not feeling recovered and ready. I still have a little fat I'd like to shed, but am prioritizing muscle repair over skipping meals, and am interestingly still just as strong, easily managing 10 pullups or 30 pushups, it's just that issue of "feeling/being recovered". I have now improved somewhat, I'm just not "out of the woods" yet. I am also becoming exhaustingly tired over what likely is inflammation when just turning around in bed, and therefore just wondering if you have any advice or recommendations regarding recovery, recovery foods, massage etc. :animal3:
