Consistent losses...

Howdy.

I've noticed that over the last 3 months of weight & cardio training, that I'll go a couple of weeks without losing a pound, and then all of a sudden 2-3 lbs will drop off. Is this what you guys experience? It's been kind of a rollercoaster, but I've kept with it, 16 lbs gone so far.

My average has been about a pound a week.
 
yeah it happens cause you exercise and gain muscle mass which weights more than fat, and then the muscle will help you burn your fat so you dont lose weight at the start, it happend to me i gained weight after watching what i ate and went on the treadmill everyday and then the week after i lost 4 pounds and then after the weight just went like 1-2 pounds a week (thats if i stick to my diet)
 
Same here. I weigh more than I ever have, but it's all muscle (well not ALL)...lol. But my body fat % is the lowest its ever been. Gotta love when we create a natural calorie eating monster! (i.e- that lean muscle!)

i hardly ever weighed myself when i was losing weight!
 
i weight myself 3 times a day, read every calorie on anything, exercise eveyday, i measure my self eg waist hips thighs to c if im losing inches. im obsessed and if u way ur self 3 times a day ur obsessed too
