Hey... my name is Tom and I'm 15 years old. I've looked around in this site and seen some pretty interesting stuff and alot of questions and problems answered, so I thought, maybe they can help me out too...

I don't really understand why but, when I look in the mirror I think I look okay, but when I go on the Scale, I see 81KG now... and its going up all the time, slowly but surely. But the thing is, I don't seem that big, I never had any negative feedback about my weight. What I have noticed is that my body is different than most: I have broad shoulders and my body seems to grow and build muscle faster than anyone I know. At first, I thought it was because I might be big-boned or something, but last month I started going to the gym, and I have definitely seen a big difference in my arms and back. Still my weight is going up and up all the time and I don't really understand. Okay, I kinda babbled a bit so I'll cut it short:

Even though I look thin except for a more "built"(in my opinion big) body, I am at 81KG and going up... I need some advice or help...

[BTW I'm not very good at English, so I might have messed up somewhere o.o]

I'm not an expert or anything but it sounds to me like you are just putting on muscle, and the more you are building, the more you are weighing :)

The scale only tells you how much you weigh. It does not say anything about how much fat you have. Building muscle is definitely going to increase your weight. Thats not a bad thing. If you aren't gaining any fat don't worry about it.
