A little more info my dear. What do you eat? What is your training like?

Also, using weight as a premise to success is deceptional and unstable at best. What is your REAL goal here? Lose fat and get solid and lean? Drop a few dress sizes? Want to wear a two piece not a one piece, to the beach?

Give us a look at what it is you truly want and what you are doing now to get there
 
Well, how are you doing it. Clearly if you're not working out, it must be diet. What are you eating? We can't help you if you don't tell us what's going on...
 
well let's see today I had 1/2cup of oatmeal same thing for lunch I also had a bit of tuna and a cookie and two popsicle (50)cal and I dont know what Im having for dinner tonight
 
Sheep show...I can already tell you are eating too little for your body to respond properly.
Read into the topics in the forum. You seem to have a common problem.
