Confusedd.... Sorry..

I'm so confused. I don't know where I'm posting this. I have never used forums ever haha.. Hoping to figure this thing out so I can use it with my weight loss..
I was taking my dog for a walk and was thinking that I really should just start this weight loss thing. I mean generally the reason I didnt get far with weight loss was because I didn't see results quick enough. I'm impatient.. so I'd give up. BUT if i'm getting by living at this weight then why not lose the weight even if it'll take me a year? So here I go...
 
Hi, and welcome to the forum. Take some time to figure out the forum, it's well worth it. Check out the stickied threads that are at the top of the threads in all the different sections, they have good info in them. It would also be a good idea to start a diary in the diary section of the forum. Good luck to you! :)
 
Hey I just joined as well..I'm trying to figure out how to put pics up that are bigger but I'm not too bright lol..I'd love to help motivate eachother; I'm trying to drop my last 20 lbs.
 
Welcome! There is nothing wrong with taking your time - that way you can build good exercise and eating habits to help keep the weight off for good!

Years ago I lost 80 lbs in a short amount of time.... took it's toll on my body. ( and I unfortunately gained a lot of it back ) this time around I have took a more moderate approach, and am finding that it is an easier life style to live with. The other great news is that I still see the results on the scale!!!!

Keep it up.... You are doing great!
