The txt speak and the spaces and stuff you're adding in to your post make it really hard to read what you're saying.
My basic advice for people starting is not to worry too much about exercise or gym or workout routines or anything terribly stressful or complicated, just make some basic healthy changes to get started with, cut out hi calorie snacks, cut out any fizzy drinks (if you're a big fizzy drink fan, switch to diet or no-sugar variants like Pepsi Max). Make changes to your diet that are maintainable, things that you can stick to long term.
Diet is where you'll lose most of your weight, ideally you want to learn to count calories and make sure intake calories are lower than outgoing calories forcing your body to burn fat to make up the difference. I use www.livestrong.com to help track my calories, you can use their feature called myplate with a free account and track your calories, once you've put in your vitals (height, weight etc) it will tell you how many calories you need to eat every day to maintain a steady weightloss of your choice, there are other websites like this, I'm not endorsing this one it just happens to be the one I use and does everything I need.
When you're on a good diet and losing weight steadily you can think about what sort of additional exercise you want to do, it will aid weightloss and get you fitter but it's not strictly necessary for losing weight, exercise can be off putting for a lot of people so I always say focus on the diet first and add in exercise as and when you feel you can.
