Confident Weight?

when bench pressing, at what point would you say you can lift the weights and say you can do them comfortably and be able to add more? like lifting whats your doing 10x without issues? or is this one of those questions where the answer is "all depends on the person"
 
thats not always true.
It depends on the reps if its less than 5 then its different then when its 10.

Just challenge yourselff, after doing the 2nd set if you feel the next set will be too easy then add weight.
 
I only increase the weight when I can complete in good form all the reps especially on presses because I have had shoulder problems in the past and it is not worth the risk or injury. NEVER SACRIFICE FORM FOR WEIGHT
