Completely new to this!

hello!
So i kick started my new 'project bikini bod' last wednesday. I have been limiting myself to 1200 calories a day using the app 'my fitness pal' and so far ive lost 2 pounds (although time will tell on my weekly weigh in day next weds).
Hope that i find some mates on here and get some proper motivation when im craving that chocolate bar!
How does everyone deal with hunger between meals?

You are starting off on a pretty good foot. What are some of your goals? I have just recently for the first time in life lost 57 lbs in about 5 months with an amazing support group. I still have some to lose but I actually feel comfortable in my own skin for the first time since I was about 8 years old. I'm here to tell you it can be done.
 
Its a big secret of mine that how do i control my hunger. Well, i should share with you. Its like i have stocked up my home with exercise machines, all the time i listen fast tracks and do dancing or aerobics plus i have put up big diet charts on my wall, cupboard doors etc. You know why i have made my life like that? because all around i see is MOTIVATION that not to eat junk and stay up healthy. Try this it really works.
