Complete noob with questions

Hey :) I'm 18, and am aiming for weight loss. I have done weight training before, and may return to it, to mix in with weight loss excercise. Is that a good idea? My first aim is just to heighten my metabolism; sweat and keep sweating. So my knowledge of supplements is so little, I'm going to need every bit of information you can spare :p

Main questions. If I should mix weight training with my weight loss, should I then use supplements to increase my weight lifting performance? Also, should I take weight loss supplements? I hear those things are very subjective; work for some, not for others.

Well, thanks for reading :) Rob

You do not need supplements for training unless you are unable to meet your body's requirements. all you need is a proper diet, rest days and you will be fine.
