It's no rules behind to define what slim means.
Simply, if the website would start right now from scratch, and only two people visited it before you, you are compared only to these two.
So, "slim", is just related to the visitors of the website, nothing hardcoded or predefined.

I am slimmer that 66.9 percent of the visitors...and I know I'm not slim. There must be a bunch of "not slim" people visiting the site ....or it's not very accurate.It's strange...using your data, I get
* you are slimmer than 76.54% of all the visitors of this website *
(and that's slim !)
