Had my weekend (2 days) of eating the old way. Wow was that fun. But, I have snapped back to exactly where my motivation needs to be. Anyway, I agree that cheat days are great mentally.
Wow. See, I feel differently. I usually feel super after the days where I eat on plan, healthy, wholesome food. If I have "cheat" days, I don't feel good mentally. Hopefully, as you progress on your weight loss goals, you'll be motivated to the point where you won't regard cheat days as fun, you'll see them as something to avoid. Success to you!
