MOTIVATION
I've decided to get my head round this and this time I will do it. It will be hard at times but with hard work and effort I will get the results I want.
TARGET
My target is to loose about 2 and a half stone. (35 pounds) I shall be be in a comfortable weight zone if I do this.
THE STORY
I've always been a big girl, even when I was a young child I was bigger than the other kids. It got to a point where I was really obese. I looked in the mirror and saw the doubt chin I had and how damaged my body was due to me putting on weight. I feel ashamed of myself to this day for putting my body through that but at the end of the day its another experience. Its helped me become the strong person I am today. At that point I was in size 20 clothing. (American size 18) On my top and bottom half. And extremely depressed. From the day I looked at myself in the mirror I wanted to change. I lost 3 stone from that. (42 pounds) And my top half is now a size 10 to 12 ( american size 8-10) and on my bottom half a size 14. (american size 12) I felt happier but i've stayed at that weight for a long time now and feel like I need a final push to accomplish my goal and become the persoon i've always wanted to be. Ive always had one image in my head... a target I want to be able to accomplish. I want to be able to wear a little black dress and look fantastic in it. Once I loose my weight i'll post my before and after photo's on here to see how I have changed.
DIET AND EXERCISE
(This is what i'm having today)
Breakfast: A fruit smoothie prepared by myself. (1 Bananna, 2 Peaches, 1 orange and 1 teaspoon of honey.)
Lunch: Cous-cous and tuna salad. No dressing.
Dinner: A chicken stir fry done in fry light. (Mmmm chicken
)
Snack: Carrot and cucumer sticks with a very low fat dip.
Exercise: Stretches before hand then 45 minutes of boxing.
1 hour on Wii Fit
Walking or powerwalking whenever I can.

Please could you give me some information on how I could make this better. It would be much appreciated. I'm 18 now and want to feel and look good before i'm 20.
I want to be the strong and confident person who i've always wanted be.
