Hi all! I've been losing weight for a little over a year now; losing, maintaining, losing etc. I am ready to lose the last part now. I am a member on a different weight loss forum, have been for quite a while, but I need some new and different support and interaction. I thought that this forum looked great!

I just wanted to introduce myself. I just got married August 11th. I am a full time student majoring in nutrition now (finally got the courage after losing some weight), I work as a personal trainer part time (have trained off and on since 2004, took time off when I gained weight, started again when I lost).

I have lost all the weight I have gained, which is totally great, although the weight I am at now is the lowest I have been since probably my freshman year of high school. So it is definitely a sticking point mentally and physically for me. I have set my goal for 19% body fat which is where I got my target body weight from, of course I know it's just an estimate. I am ready to re-fully-dedicate myself to my regimine of healthy low cal eating and workouts.

Hi, and welcome!! Congratulations on you massive weight loss, it sounds like you are an extremely dedicated person and have accomplished alot! I also started loosing weight a little bit over a year ago, and I know its dificult but thats great that you are going to commit yourself to a healthy lifestyle. I am trying really hard myself to loose my last 25lbs ( ans some extra weight I've gained back) but it is becoming very difficult. Do you have any advice for getting back on track? Maybe even advice on how to get yourself motivated? any suggestions would help! thank you!:)
