Red, yellow, green and orange peppers chopped.
Onions chopped.
Sweet corn added.
Any other veggies you like.
Fry in a wok using non/low calorie oil spray.
Make couscous, and then mix together!
Or put the peppers&mix on top of the couscous.
I just had it.. its GORGEOUS!
There are low calories in peppers, onions and sweetcorn too. Add more veggies if you wish, most of them have low calories right? Yay for veggies!
