Hi everyone Im new to this site. I was just wondering how I could go about losing weight in a college environment. For the past 3 months I've worked out about 3 or 4 times a week, lifting and doing about 30 minutes of cardio every day. Also, I don't overeat, I only eat about 2 meals a day (due to classes etc.) Still, I haven't really lost any weight, and in fact i think I got a little bit weaker (it seems i can't bench as much anymore). Does anyone kno why this is happening, and could recommend a suitable nutrition and workout plan? keep in mind im a college student so I have to eat in dining halls.
