Cole Slaw

I didn't find any salads but some fresh cole slaw. It's only shredded cabbage and carrots. I don't know what I can make with it. Any ideas?

Bonus Question: If say, I wake at like 7am and eat at 9pm is the food I eat going to effect me in a different way?

Here is what I do. Take wheat bread or wheat tortilla. Spread it with fat free philadelphia cream cheese. Spread cole slaw and slices of turkey. Roll and eat with ketchup.
