Coffee with sugar and whole milk

Hi :waving:

I love my daily 10 mugs of coffee with 1 tablespoon sugar and whole milk

But I want to be trimmed again! (I have started a food diet, and plan on starting exercising soon)

Would it help greatly to skip all that daily sugar and switch to lowfat milk?

Since yesterday my coffee has been without sugar.. and my body is screaming for sugar, candy, snacks, anything sweet. So I wonder.. maybe it's better to use sugar in the coffee, and instead avoid eating/craving sugary stuff?

Thanks

That's a lot of extra sugar and fat each day. Only you can decide if it's a greater priority to cut it out of your diet or keep it in. Depending on your views you can switch to an alternative to both the sugar (splenda, honey, stevia, etc.) and the milk (fat free creamer, whitener, skim milk, 1% milk, etc.) and the frequency. I find great satisfaction in a once a week treat of tea with sugar and full fat cream - I used to have this daily so it wasn't really a treat any more. Making it a once a week treat helps me enjoy it more and keep my calorie balance in check.

Calculate how many calories are in one serving of your beverage and then figure out how many minutes of an exercise you like it will take to burn that number of calories. It can be a real eye opener.

Dairy is very unhealthy for the human body as a matter of fact things like cheese, dairy milk contribute to cancer growth and are unhealthy, use almond milk instead and natural organic honey instead of sugar teaspoon a day

Complete nonsense.

Maybe it would help if you were to take a closer look at the other places that you are getting your sugar daily? You might be surprised. So far today, I have only had 9 grams of sugar, and my body is not screaming out for CAKE like usual. You would be surprised at how much sugar you could be consuming without really noticing it. Sugar can be addictive, and from what I have read, the more that you eat it = the more that you crave it.

Also, I absolutely LOVE coffee. 10 cups of coffee a day is pretty unhealthy though. You should not be dependent on coffee for your energy. If you are eating healthy and getting some exercise, then that energy should come naturally. I recommend cutting back slowly on the coffee. Sorry, I hate telling people what they should do, but I guarantee that cutting back on your coffee intake will be beneficial to you, and your body will appreciate it. Best of luck!
